Returns and Refunds
We strive to make every customer happy and hope that you will love our candy as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product so we can make it right.
Please notify us using Contact Us or by emailing . Please do not return the product unless asked. If required, we may ask that items be returned in new and unused condition and with all original packaging.
Upon receipt of the item we will issue a refund minus return postage costs within 10 days, via the same method of payment.
As the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, we advise that you check that the item is properly addressed and adequately packaged. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
